Good, Bad or Indifferent?

Have you ever noticed that somethings we do are just second nature? There is a reason for that. When you do something over and over it becomes a habit (good, bad or indifferent).

Whether you are trying to lose weight, you are starting a new business, or just trying to organize your life always keep in mind, it takes 21 days of doing it EVERY day to create the habit and 90 days to cement it as second nature.
